Program example – for Business Group

DAY 1

Arrival of group to Prague International Airport.
Meet with local guide (speaking in requested language) who will keep signature of the group. Transport by deluxe coaches to hotel. After arrival to the hotel, check in will follows. Pragia assistance during check in. Presents and welcome letters will be place in the rooms before group arrival.
Welcome drink is arranged.
Everybody will receive welcome kit with map and brochure about Prague.

Meet with guide in the lobby of hotel. Short walking to tram station.
Exclusive tour by historical tram to restaurant.
For refreshment is served Bohemian Sekt.
Accordion players estimate atmosphere.

Arrival to the restaurant Unforgettable Welcome dinner at Bellevue restaurant. This restaurant is located few steps from Charles Bridge with beautiful view to Prague Castle. Welcome drink with canapés will be served upon arrival. Enjoy delicious meal with selection of best domestic wines. For atmosphere will play Jazz band. After dinner, transfer back to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 2

Full buffet breakfast at hotel restaurant Morning meeting at hotel with coffee break. Meeting is finished transfer by coach to Prague Castle Area. Lunch at restaurant Lvi Dvur. Traditional 3 course menu with selection of drinks will be served. Their specialty is roast suckling pig. Restaurant is located in Prague Castle Area.

After lunch short walking to St. Vitus Cathedral. In front of cathedral they will meet emperor Charles IV who will welcome them and tell legends about Prague. They will see also Golden Lane, Old Royal Palace and Mihulka Tower. Coffee break in Café with view to Prague. From Prague Castle walking by Neruda Street to Charles Bridge. Cross the Charles Bridge and walking to Old Town Square.

In Old Town Square there will be ready horse carriages. You will see the most beautiful Prague streets from horse carriage and feel the historical atmosphere of city. After tour time for leisure and shopping. Meet with the guide and walking to Art Noveau restaurant.

Arrival to the restaurant. Part of restaurant will be booked for the group, flower decoration and menus on tables. Enjoy dinner 3 course menu with mineral water, coffee and top domestic wine. For the atmosphere is playing live piano or classical trio. After dinner will be arranged transfer back to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 3

Meet with guide in the hotel. Transfer by coach to Prague Jewish Ghetto. Visit of Jewish museum, Old Jewish cemetery and Pinkas, Klaus, Spanish, Maisel synagogues and Ceremonial hall and optional visit of Old New synagogue. Coffee break at local restaurant.

Lunch at trendy restaurant Mlynec. Part of restaurant will be reserved for the group menus are on tables together with flower decoration. Enjoy 3 course menu with mineral water, coffee and 2 glasses of wine per person. After lunch short walking to St. James Church.

Private Organ Recital in St. James Church arranged exclusively for the group.

After concert time for leisure. Meet with the guide and walking to restaurant Stone Bridge for dinner. This restaurant is located few steps from Charles Bridge. Before dinner short boat trip will be arranged. Guest can embark from the restaurant because they have got their own landing stage. Welcome drink will be served on the boat. After cruise under Prague bridges they will finish in the restaurant. Part of the restaurant reserved exclusively for the group. Dinner will be served – 3 course menu with top domestic wine .

Prague Funfair Orchestra will estimate atmosphere. It is unique group playing and singing in their own style Czech classic and folk music. They are dressed in the period costumes. Dinner is finished. Transfer back to the hotel.

DAY 4

Full buffet breakfast at hotel restaurant Morning meeting with guide in the lobby of hotel. Tour by deluxe coach to magnificent town Cesky Krumlov. After arrival; visit world known UNESCO city and castle.

 

Lunch in Eggenberg restaurant. Enjoy 3 course menu with good domestic wine. After lunch, free time for shopping. After lunch visit of Eggenberg brewery with beer tasting. Time for leisure and shopping. Transfer back to Prague.

In front of hotel there will be ready historical cars. Graceful ride by heritage cars to venue for gala dinner. 3 persons per car. Arrival to Old Town Square and short walking Stone Bell House.

Welcome drink in the Court yard. Hostesses will invite clients to upper floor for gala dinner. Whole venue is booked exclusively for the group, on the stairs is placed red carpet with candles. In the hall are round tables with 8 chairs, trees around the hall, flower decoration on tables, menu on tables. Enjoy 4 course menu with delicious domestic wine.

As an entertainment we recommend Karmina music band – band of young musicians concentrates on the interpretation of old Czech folk songs and music of Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque periods - both secular and sacred. The wide range of different replicas of historical musical instruments that are used by the ensemble give the performance authenticity and richly colored interesting sound. They are wearing period costumes. After the dinner, transfer by coaches back to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 5

Full buffet breakfast at hotel restaurant Guide will meet the group in the hotel lobby and escort them by de luxe coach to the airport. Departure of group.
